Changemakers Strategies is a Black woman-founded and owned strategy and political consulting firm. We work with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and political organizations to plan and run campaigns, build organizational capacity, and drive meaningful change.

Founded in 2022, Changemakers Strategies brings nearly two decades of experience across electoral campaigns, advocacy, and voter engagement. Our work is grounded in a commitment to racial, economic, and social justice and a belief in building power from the ground up.

We take a hands-on, tailored approach to every engagement. We spend time understanding your organization, your goals, and the moment you're in, then partner with you to develop strategy, align your team, and execute with clarity and purpose.

Keauna Gregory

Founder & Principal

Keauna Gregory is a strategist, organizer, and campaign professional with nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of electoral politics, advocacy, and voter engagement.

She has worked on dozens of local, state, and federal campaigns across the country, supporting organizations and candidates committed to advancing racial, reproductive, and economic justice.

Keauna’s work is rooted in building political power — engaging and mobilizing communities from the ground up. She brings a practical, hands-on approach to her work, partnering closely with teams to navigate complex challenges and execute effective campaigns.

When she’s not on the campaign trail or inside the capitol, you’ll find her in College Park, GA with her chiweenies, Charlee and Chloee.

Randi Gregory

Senior Strategist, Campaigns & Organizing

Randi Gregory is a campaign strategist and organizer with more than 15 years of experience working across electoral, labor, and issue-based campaigns.

Her work spans electoral campaigns, advocacy, and organizing efforts across the country — supporting candidates, leading program strategy, and managing large-scale, multi-state initiatives, including serving in senior leadership roles guiding program strategy and national political efforts.

Randi is a native of North Georgia and studied Speech Communication at the University of Georgia. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, watching good (and bad) movies, is a proud chiweenie mom, and a member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc.
